used products review

I have never done this before and I don't follow many beauty blogs but the ones I do follow, I haven't seen this easy so I'm taking a bit of a risk but I am going to do a little reviews on products that I have recently used up. Each product will have a separate review saying what it is, what I thought of it and if I would use it again.

Simple 'Kind To Skin' Cleansing Facial Wipes
These facial wipes are available at any good drugstore or supermarket. I bought mine for £2.60 (I think) at Superdrug, I know it is quite expensive for a pack of 30 wipes but if your going to wear make up and want nice skin you need a good make up wipe and it is worth it. I like these because I have very awkward skin; I suffer from acne, I have an oily T zone but apart from that I have normal skin (apart from acne) so I am always looking for good products for my face. I am a fan of Simple because as they say in the name, they are simple and kind to my skin. I would recommend these but my tip is to remove eye make up first to prevent 'panda' eyes but I guess that is the same with any make up removal wipes.

This is 'Asia Straight Shampoo Hair Repair' by Schwarzkopf. I bought this because I have very curly hair but when I straighten my hair it never lasts so I am always looking for ways to keep my hair straight and when I saw this I thought it was sent from the angels... until I used this. When it said 'Asia Straight' I though great because when I was in Asia, the natives hair was always straight, despite the humidity- which made my hair a big frizzy mess, so I thought it might keep my hair straight to some extent (especially after I read the back) - that was not the case. I would not recommend this product because I didn't see any differences in my hair at all but that could just be my hair nevertheless, I wouldn't recommend it. I bought this product for about £3.50 which I thought was a bargain because I hate buying cheap skin and hair care products.

If you know me personally you will know I am a sucker for a tan! I was in Singapore for two weeks and I didn't tan and I have been on two cruises around the Mediterranean for two weeks each and I didn't tan - I just don't tan so I have to 'fake it till I make it'. I bought this Garnier Body 'Summer Body Moisturising Lotion Sun-Kissed Look' lotion at Boots for about £4.00 I think because I thought I would try a build up tan because usually I go straight in for a instant tan and I thought it was great that I was getting a tan and moisturising (killing two birds with one stone). I wouldn't recommend this because I am pretty confident that I was spreading it evenly, because I always do my own fake tan and have no problems, but suddenly (with the lotion) my legs and arms were going streaking - which isn't a good look; I certainly wouldn't recommend this to everyone.
